A luxurious and contemporary residential tower consisting of 200 units that defies the traditional norm of surrounding towers by embracing a bold design that would be outstanding at Doha’s beautiful West Bay. The project has a plot area of 2,500 m² comprising of 3 basements, a ground floor, and 24 upper floors with a total built-up area of approx. 29,500 m² (inclusive of 7,000 m² for parking area). HOK Architects being the Architect and Lead Consultant for the project has teamed up with EHAF to carry out the services for Architect/Engineer of Record and Civil/Structural Engineering Design.
