The VIP Golf Club as the name suggest is meant to serve as a 7- star hotel for eminent guests and state emissaries courtesy of the Qatar Government and has to reflect high-end finishes and design worthy of the royal guests. The project is about 19 acres and lies to the North of the Golf Course. The project consists of external works, main villas & wing, warehouse & utility building, main gate and majlis with a total approx. built-up area of 76,000 m².
