The tower, located in Marina District – Lusail, comprises 3B+G+2P+26 floors with the total built up area of 66,353 m². The exceptional tower’s facilities are not limited to the charming entrances, Reception Areas, Lounges, active retail Spaces, luxurious swimming pool and health club. EHAF has extended its sustainability competence and core value via achieving a GSAS 3-star rating in Design. EHAF’s scope of services includes Design and Construction Supervision Consultancy for the project.
