EHAF has been appointed to undertake the Design and Build Consultancy Services for the extension of the Mall of Qatar. The project includes
the development of the West Deck Parking Building and 2 Big Box Retail Buildings on a plot area of 38,880 m².
• West Deck Parking Building
The West Deck Parking Building will have a total built-up area of 70,000 m² and will consist of 4 levels (G+1+2+R).
• Big Box Retail Buildings
The project also includes the construction of two core and shell Big Box Retail Buildings, each with a built-up area of 9,000 m².
EHAF is designated with the role of Design Consultancy Services.
